রাজ্যে লাইব্রেরি সায়েন্সে প্রশিক্ষন অর্থাৎ ট্রেনিং এর জন্য বিজ্ঞপ্তি জারি করা হয়েছে। ছয় মাসের প্রশিক্ষণ করানো হবে তারপর একটি সার্টিফিকেট দেওয়া হবে। ভারতীয় নাগরিক হয়ে থাকলে পশ্চিমবঙ্গের প্রার্থীরা লাইব্রেরি অ্যান্ড ইনফর্মেশন সায়েন্সের 2022 সালের কর্মমুখী এই প্রশিক্ষণ করতে পারবে। আপনার বিরক্তি না বাড়িয়ে এইবার প্রশিক্ষন সংক্রান্ত বিস্তারিত তথ্য জানাবো।
প্রশিক্ষনের নামঃ লাইব্রেরি সায়েন্স প্রশিক্ষণ (Library Science Training)
শুন্যপদঃ মোট 50 টি শুন্যপদ রয়েছে (Fresher’s/ Outsiders দের জন্য রয়েছে 35 টি এবং Deputed প্রার্থীদের জন্য রয়েছে 15 টি শুন্যপদ)
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতাঃ
- Fresher’s/ Outsiders প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে উচ্চমাধ্যমিক পাশ করতে হবে।
- Deputed প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে মাধ্যমিক পাশ করতে হবে এবং Directorate of Library Services,
West Bengal এর পরিচালিত যেকোনো Govt./ Govt. Sponsored / Aided লাইব্রেরিতে কমপক্ষে ৫ বছরের কাজ করার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
বয়সসীমাঃ Fresher’s/ Outsiders প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে বয়স থাকতে হবে 18 – 30 বছরের মধ্যে। Deputed প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে কোনো বয়সসীমা নেই।
ট্রেনিং এর সময়সীমাঃ ছয় মাস ট্রেনিং হবে।
আবেদন প্রক্রিয়াঃ
ইচ্ছুক এবং যোগ্য প্রার্থীরা অফলাইনের মাধ্যমে আবেদন করতে পারবে। নির্দিষ্ট ফরম্যাট এর আবেদন ফর্মের মাধ্যমে আবেদন করতে হবে। আবেদনপত্র পাঠানোর ঠিকানা নিচে দেওয়া রইল।

- Fresher’s/ Outsiders দের ক্ষেত্রে-

- Deputed প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে-

আবেদনপত্রের সাথে যেসমস্ত ডকুমেন্ট ডিতে হবেঃ
- Fresher’s/ Outsiders দের ক্ষেত্রে-
(1) Attested Xerox copies of certificate / admit card and mark sheet of Madhyamik or equivalent examination.
(2) Attested Xerox copy of certificate in support of claim for belonging to
SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/PH category.
(3) Attested copy of Employment Exchange Card/Ration Card/Electoral Identity Card as proof of residence in the district or a locality. (4) Two recent pass port size recent photographs bearing his/her signature in ink, one copy of which is to be pasted on the application form and other should be enclosed.
(5) One self-addressed unstamped envelope of size – 27 cm x 12 cm
- Deputed প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে-
(1) Recommendation letter of the concerned District Library Officer/ Assistant District Library Officer.
(2) Original application of the incumbent.
(3) Copy of the LLA’s recommendation.
(4) Copy of the appointment letter of the incumbent.
(5) Copy of the joining letter of the incumbent.
(6) Any other relevant documents / information on the above matter.
